MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality outpatient patient care in a collaborative clinic setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, and support providers in a fast-paced rheumatology practice.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa; compact license may be required.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient settings using nursing processes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely via multiple routes and document accordingly.
• Perform nursing care, labs, phlebotomy, and limited radiology procedures following policies.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and health maintenance.
