Responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and ensure proper use of orthopedic soft goods, bracing, and related Enovis products.
• Provide routine customer service to patients and clinicians.
• Perform inventory management and participate in audits.
• Verify patient benefits and collect patient responsibility as needed.
• Serve as liaison between customer, Enovis, and Sales Team.
• Adhere to compliance, HIPAA, and government regulations.
