Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Field Service Representative in Peoria, IL with a strong background in patient care and orthopedics. The role focuses on durable medical equipment, inventory management, and close collaboration with Sales and Field Service teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of direct patient care, appropriate credentials, and the ability to travel within the territory to service accounts and improve DME program performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with direct patient care, preferably in orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment.
• Demonstrated patient care experience and ability to manage high-volume clinics.
• Active athletic training licensure or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provides account management and manages day-to-day service operations for DME programs.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Travels within designated territory to monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Sales and Field Service Teams.
