Gillette Children's is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join the Orthopedic department team to provide both inpatient and outpatient care.
The advanced practice provider (APRN, CNP or PA-C) provides clinical care to patients in a family-centered model with complex acute, critical and chronic health care conditions, advises patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and/or provides skilled assistance in navigation of the health care system as appropriate to the developmental, cultural, emotional, and medical, surgical, or rehabilitative needs of the patient and their families.

The Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive patient care which maximizes outcomes in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission, models of care and in accordance with professional practice standards. In collaboration with the physician(s), advanced practice practitioners and managers, the advanced practice provider assesses, plans, and implements the evaluation and follow-up of patient care. The advanced practice provider incorporates direct patient care, consultation, research, education and leadership into their work.
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $113,880 to $170,830, with a median salary of $142,355. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
