Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of five years in healthcare administration; proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical office management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance and patient service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee clinic objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas.
  • Oversee HR and administer compensation, benefits, job descriptions, policies and payroll services.
  • Participate in selection, training, supervision, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions, including salary reviews.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and revenue cycle oversight with the CBO.
  • Coordinate with Practice Administrator to implement objectives and ensure professional patient care.
