Qualifications

• DPT or NATABOC Certification required.

• Orthopaedic experience required.
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic operations required.
• BLS is required.
• Ability to withstand prolonged standing and moving or lifting up to fifty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, access metrics, and patient experience.
• Supervise clinic staff (non-nursing) including scheduling, duties, evaluations and training.
• Monitor operational metrics to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with nursing/clinical leads to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with budget development and cost containment initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and standard work processes.
