Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is seeking a Therapy Technician to support orthopedic care across our clinics. The role focuses on assisting therapists, maintaining a clean and organized therapy space, and managing supplies while delivering compassionate patient service.

Responsibilities include front office tasks, coordination with therapists, documentation of competencies, and adherence to federal and state regulations to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Preferred college coursework in exercise science, physical therapy, or occupational therapy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for therapy services under the direct supervision of a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, occupational therapist, or athletic trainer.
• Daily cleaning of the therapy clinic's equipment.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens; manage supply inventory.
• Front office duties: scheduling, check-in, check-out, deductibles collection.
• Act as a liaison between patient and therapist; ensure efficient communication.
• Adhere to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules.

Education

High school diploma

CPR certification

College coursework in exercise science/physical therapy/occupational therapy (preferred)
