Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting across Tennessee. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and accurate imaging.

Requirements include ARRT certification, Tennessee X-ray Operator License, and a high school diploma; prior orthopedic imaging and C-Arm experience are a plus. TOA offers Medical, Dental, PTO and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology required.
• State of Tennessee Medical Board X-ray Operators License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform satisfactory radiographic procedures as requested by physicians.
• Work in a fast paced environment and produce quality radiographs.
• Lift and transport patients via wheelchair and stretcher.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Gain patient cooperation by explaining exams and answering questions.
• Prepare patient for imaging with proper dressing, positioning and equipment setup.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff through protection techniques.
