The University of California San Diego seeks an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor (Orthopaedic NP or PA) to lead daily operations for a 22-member APP team and help drive workflow and quality improvements across sites.

• Use HR and labor contract experience to manage change and complex priorities
• Follow an outpatient clinic structure: 4 half-day sessions with 20-minute appointments
• Practice with no OR responsibility
