Formación

• Leadership of a 22-member APP team.
• Outpatient Orthopaedic clinic operations experience.
• No operating room responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations for 22 APPs in Orthopaedic Surgery across multiple sites.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive workflow, scheduling and templates to improve patient care.
• Split role approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical, flexing as needed.
