Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current RN license, NP license, or PA certification.
- BLS/CPR certification at hire; BART within six months.
- Five years of relevant NP or PA experience in orthopaedic surgery.
- Two years of supervisory experience, managing complex work flows.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Provide patient care in collaboration with department physicians.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in patient care delivery.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
