Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an Orthopaedic NP/PA to partner with a surgeon in general orthopaedics, sports procedures, and joint replacements. You will assist in the OR and independently manage a patient panel in outpatient clinics with physician support available.

You’ll have a schedule with four 10-hour shifts weekly, no nights or weekends, and opportunities at multiple sites in the Boston area, fostering autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant required and MA licensure.
• Active prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and communication skills in orthopaedics.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Assist in the operating room and manage outpatient clinic schedules.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document encounters clearly and timely; ensure patient safety.
