Stryker Corporation is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for Western Iowa. The role focuses on driving growth by selling medical devices in a field-based capacity across Sioux City and surrounding markets.

You will build surgeon and OR staff relationships, lead product demonstrations, and manage full sales cycles in a fast-paced environment with commissions and bonuses. Travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of outside sales/territory management experience.
• Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, or B2B environments with quota responsibility.
• Ability to travel within the territory and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quota.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, supply chain, and hospital admins.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and in-services in clinical settings.
• Support product launches, conversions, and implementations.
• Analyze territory performance and communicate results to leadership.
• Travel within the assigned territory (up to 40%).
