Job summary

Dental Associates seeks a Wisconsin-licensed orthodontist to join the state’s largest family-owned dental organization. You will lead a team, schedule and treatment plans, and run your practice within a practice with robust internal support from IT, marketing, staff and compliance.

The position offers a total compensation package including a salary guarantee of 375k–400k and potential to exceed 600k through our Doctor Incentive Program, relocation assistance, 401(k), continuing education, and

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
  • Licensed in Wisconsin or eligible to be licensed in Wisconsin.
  • Upholds a positive chairside manner and strong commitment to quality patient care.
  • Strongly values continuing education and personal development.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences
  • Communicates with team members promoting understanding of patients' needs
  • Fitting patients for various orthodontic appliances
  • Maintaining and scheduling regular check-ups with patients and making adjustments to appliances
  • Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity
  • Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene
  • Manage complex cases with behavioral considerations

Salary Range: $375,000.00 To $600,000.00 Annually

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
