Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license (or in process).
• Orthodontic Specialty Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose 4a1 kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team 4aa 44d delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
