Responsibilities

• Lead practice with a collaborative morning huddle to align the team.
• Provide exceptional orthodontic care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families through clear communication and exceptional care.
• Partner with your team to create an efficient, positive patient experience.
• Delegate and empower team members to maintain focus on clinical care.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
