Qualifikationen

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from an accredited program.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead your practice with a collaborative morning team huddle to create alignment and set the team up for success.
• Provide exceptional orthodontic care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families through clear communication and exceptional care.
• Partner with your team to create an efficient, positive patient experience.
• Empower and delegate to team members so you can stay focused on clinical care.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
