Job summary

Monarch Dental - Stone Oak, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a dentist to lead patient care with autonomy and a full support network. You will build relationships, perform exams, and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
