Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Treatment Coordinator at our Columbus, GA dental office. You will schedule orthodontic consultations, communicate treatment plans, and help patients navigate costs and financing while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes clear patient communication, coordination with doctors, and ensuring timely payments. Prior orthodontic or dental sales experience and X-ray/CPR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year orthodontic or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Sales experience and ability to discuss costs and financing.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Explain cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and financing options to patients.
• Explain treatment plans and timelines to patients and families.
• Present financing options and assist patients with affording care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain detailed patient records.
• Operate X-ray machines and assist with clinical tasks if certified.
• Solicit referrals from patients and track satisfaction with care.
• Adhere to government regulations, company standards and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
