FHLB Des Moines is seeking a Treatment Coordinator (TC) to manage new patient flow and uphold exceptional customer care in our orthodontic practice. You will explain treatment plans, collect fees, present payment options, and maintain a positive image of the clinic.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a sales mindset to meet goals while delivering outstanding service to patients and guardians.
