Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dental or medical office setting.

• Experience with insurance claims and medical billing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients/families and explain services.
• Prepare patients for exams and post-treatment evaluations.
• Present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help plan treatment.
• Explain services and how they differ from competitors.
• Provide patients with proper orthodontic care instructions and education.
• Coordinate appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep the general dentist informed.
• Create a welcoming environment and build rapport with patients and families.
• Empathize and advocate for patients to take the next step.
• Overcome cost and other objections with confidence and factual information.
