**Job Summary:**
Pleasantburg Family Dentistry and Sparkle City Dental are looking for a part-time Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team in Greenville and Spartanburg. We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate individual dedicated to providing exceptional care for children and their caregivers in a positive and engaging environment.

**Who We're Looking For:**
- Passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
- Dependable and detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
**Requirements:**
- Previous customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
- Dental Radiology Certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- In-depth knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options.
- Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.
- CPR Certification required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and ensure children are comfortable during their visits.
- Present orthodontic treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and financing options to patients and caregivers.
- Ensure accurate completion of treatment documentation and necessary paperwork.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Create a fun and engaging experience for each child while maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordinate with the team to provide exceptional care.
**Schedule:**
- Flexible schedule with daytime hours and no nights.
