Sunnybrook Dental and Braces - Jackson North seeks an FT Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will schedule appointments, communicate treatment plans with doctors and families, and help patients finance care while maintaining excellent customer service.

Preference given to candidates with 1+ year orthodontic experience, strong sales background, and Spanish language skills. Join a patient‑focused, collaborative dental practice environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year orthodontic or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans, costs, and financing options to patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain patient records and submit insurance paperwork.
• Operate X-ray machines and assist clinically when needed (if certified).
• Solicit referrals and track patient satisfaction after treatment.
