Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to convert consultations into starts and guide families through treatment options, scheduling, and financial arrangements. You will work closely with orthodontists and clinical teams to ensure a welcoming, informative experience from initial evaluation through acceptance, with a patient-first mindset.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week across Perris and surrounding locations, offering a $21–$27/hour wage, a $1,000 signing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office, treatment coordination, or related patient-facing experience.
• Orthodontic experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients or families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert orthodontic consultations into treatment starts with a welcoming and informative patient experience.
• Guide patients through consultation, evaluation, treatment recommendations, financial arrangements, scheduling, and acceptance.
• Present treatment options, timelines, and next steps to patients and families.
• Coordinate treatment start appointments and ensure a smooth transition to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient, treatment and financial information; track consultations and follow-up.
