Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred).
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations.
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently.
• Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits.
• Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team.
• Support production goals and patient retention.
