This 75+ yr old AIRCRAFT MRO organization poised for rapid growth is seeking a DIRECTOR of SALES for their HELICOPTER / ROTORCRAFT division in Baton Rouge, LA or Fort Worth, TX.

They have an in-house engineering team & a robust inventory on hand that offers competitive pricing & quick turnaround times, making them an easy sell! You would report directly to the CEO and manage 3 direct reports while growing the sales team.

We need a "HUNTER" with a proven track record in business development/sales for Aviation/Helicopter MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) for replacement/repair parts, engines, components, structures, avionics, interiors, upgrades, etc.

You would be responsible for FULL LIFE CYCLE SALES REQUIREMENTS: identify new customer opportunities & expand existing portfolio, RFP/RFQs, contract negotiations, and capture new business through delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 5+ years of proven MRO Sales/Business Development experience specifically for HELICOPTER/ROTORCRAFT.
  2. Strong leadership traits to mentor and develop a solid team to deliver competitive proposals and engage with customers.
  3. Extensive Travel ~ 50%.
