Job summary

Water Tower Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking Specialty Dental Assistants to support clinicians in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics or Pediatric dentistry, with potential for additional training.

You will perform radiographs, sterilize instruments, prepare patients for treatment, chart patient records, and assist the dentist to deliver efficient, high‑quality care while traveling between offices and maintaining a clean, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required; travel between offices.
• Specialty Dental Assistants may need additional training per specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics or Pediatric dentistry; support clinicians.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain operatory cleanliness following guidelines.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentist to deliver efficient care.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed by clinician.
• Chart patient records and communicate treatment plans to the team.
