Job summary

Tingey-Orthodontics in Issaquah, WA is seeking a full-time front desk assistant with dental experience to join a fun, dedicated team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, process new patient information and manage emails and xrays, while supporting the office's billing and communications.

Experience in the dental field is a must; Dolphin management knowledge is a plus. The role offers day shifts, full-time hours, and bonus opportunities along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in the dental field is a must.
• Prior hands-on dental experience (front desk) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet each patient as they enter the office
• Acknowledge each patient and schedule as they leave the office
• Schedule appointments
• Work recall lists monthly
• Respond to new patient request for initial consultation
• Enter new patient information, including insurances and getting fax backs
• Manage office email
• Correctly save and file documents, notes and xrays
• Email new patients and tx letters to dentist
• Email xrays to dentist
• Request xrays from Dentist
• Use of multi-line phone to make, answer, and direct phone calls
• Able to multi task
