Patterson Orthodontics, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our fast-paced team. We offer training for the right candidate who shows strong work ethics and a passion for hands-on lab work.

Responsibilities include fabricating retainers and aligners, maintaining equipment, and supporting clinical staff as needed. This role emphasizes precision, infection control, and a drive to learn new digital workflows.

Competenze

• Experience in orthodontic appliance fabrication preferred but training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and high manual dexterity required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Mansioni

• Fabricate orthodontic retainers, clear aligners, and lab appliances daily.

Core Responsibilities

• Appliance Fabrication: Fabricate high-quality orthodontic retainers, clear aligners, and lab appliances on a daily basis.


• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab instruments and equipment to ensure proper function and safety.


• Workflow Efficiency: Complete all lab tasks in a timely, efficient manner while maintaining an unyielding eye for detail and quality.


• Advanced Technology: Learn and master the proprietary software and proper operational mechanics of our in-house 3D printers.


• Infection Control: Learn and strictly adhere to proper sterilization and cross-contamination prevention techniques.


• Clinical Support: Cross-train to accurately take patient records and assist with routine clinical appointments as needed to support the team.


• Strong manual dexterity and a high level of precision when working with ortho materials.
