WEIDEMAN PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY & ORTHODONTICS is seeking an Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator in Citrus Heights, CA. This full-time role runs Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 7am-3:30pm, with a welcoming, patient-focused team environment focused on exceptional care and service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic environment (orthodontic experience is strongly preferred).
• Great customer service skills and a passion for working with kids.
• Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT codes.
• Proficiency in dental insurance plans preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission.
• Enthusiastic team skills, a great personality and a positive attitude.
• Organized and Detail-oriented.
