Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize radios and follow our SOP for use.
• Assist with lab case management.
• Adhere to all OSHA/sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Assist with our New Patient experience - giving them tours of our Practice upon arrival.
• Comfortably manage email communications throughout the day.
• Support anxious patients and explain financial responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in training for our dental software.
• Comfortable with Invisalign appointments and treatment/iTero scans, with training provided as needed.
• Participate in morning or afternoon huddles.
• Mentor new team members when comfortable.
• Manage appointment flow and assist with patient check-out.
• Encourage happy patients to share their feedback online.
• Work collaboratively to meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Monitor treatment plans and case acceptance.
• Take necessary x-rays or wellness scans as directed.
• Set up tools and materials for orthodontic procedures.
• Retie or untie orthodontic wires and elastics as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years experience in an Ortho/Dental Assistant position.
• Flexibility in scheduling; our office is open 6 days a week.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Outstanding teamwork skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish welcomed.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• College degree optional
