Position: Orthodontic Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to infuse new energy into our Clinical team at our Great South Bay location in West Babylon, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize radios and follow SOP for use.
2. Assist with lab case management.
3. Adhere to all OSHA/sterilization and infection control protocols.
4. Assist with New Patient experience.
5. Take ownership of appointment flow.
6. Comfortable with Invisalign appointments and treatment.
7. Take necessary x-rays or wellness scans as directed by Providers.
8. Participate in morning or afternoon huddles.

Qualifications:

1. 3 or more years of experience in an Ortho/Dental Assistant position.
2. Flexibility in scheduling.
3. Experience providing exceptional customer service.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
6. Outstanding teamwork skills.
7. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish welcomed.

Education:

1. High school or equivalent (Required)
2. College degree optional

Compensation: Earn $20 to $25 per hour, reflective of your skills and dedication.
