Smile Doctors in Stratford, CT is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our growing team. You will assist in placing and removing appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist and help educate patients on care and remote monitoring.

You will review charts, log data, perform lab procedures, and maintain sterilization and infection-control standards while supporting a collaborative, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification and radiography/cpr if required by state boards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory according to protocols.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
