Dentsply Sirona, Inc. is seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Virtual Client Success Manager) to manage and grow accounts in Charlotte, NC. You will drive retention, engagement, and revenue through strategic planning and proactive outreach using Salesforce.

Build strong client relationships, tailor SureSmile solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize account potential and long-term growth. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or significant industry experience.
• 0-5+ years of client success or client care experience.
• Experience in account management or customer success.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Strong communication, onboarding and training skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Foster and maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and engagement.
• Educate customers on SureSmile products and value-driven workflows.
• Lead onboarding for new and existing customers to drive early success.
• Monitor health metrics, identify risks, and address issues to prevent churn.
• Log activities and interactions in Salesforce for visibility and planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize retention and account outcomes.
• Plan calls and client conversations to deliver value and address needs.
