Children’s Wisconsin is seeking an orthodontic assistant to support the orthodontist with radiographs, impressions and appliance fabrication, while maintaining a sterile, efficient clinic.

You will handle light administrative tasks, schedule patients, and liaise with insurance/financial representatives as part of the team.

A high school diploma and at least one year in orthodontic practice, CBCT familiarity and current CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in orthodontic/orthodontic-pediatric practice
• Familiarity with CBCT radiographs and radiographic techniques
• Current CPR/BLS certification required

Responsabilités

• Take intraoral and extraoral radiographs, impressions and photos under supervision
• Disinfect work area and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Pour models and fabricate/repair orthodontic appliances in the lab
• Schedule patient appointments and liaise with insurance/financial representatives
