Job summary

Evans + Frampton Orthodontics is seeking a proactive Chairside Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team. You will rotate across our three office locations, assisting doctors, preparing instruments, taking X-rays, and helping manage patient flow.

This fast-paced, hands-on role suits someone organized, friendly, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Availability Monday–Thursday between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting orthodontists during procedures.
• Prepare, sterilize instruments and treatment areas.
• Capture digital X-rays, photos, and impressions as needed.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records.

As our Chairside Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, comfortable, and efficient experience for every patient throughout their orthodontic treatment. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team while rotating between our three office locations during the week to help keep patient care running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position that’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team environment where every day brings something different.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday Availability required between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
