Wichita Falls Orthodontics in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a full-time Chairside Orthodontic Assistant. The role focuses on assisting the orthodontist with procedures, radiographs, and patient education to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have prior orthodontic or dental assisting experience and hold Texas dental assisting registration with radiography credentials, or are willing to obtain them before duties requiring credentials. We offer growth and a collaborative team atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance delivery, within the scope of your training and credentials
• Take dental X-rays, digital scans, and impressions as qualified and authorized
• Help patients understand oral hygiene, treatment instructions, and appliance care
• Prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and support an efficient clinical workflow
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients and their families

What We’re Looking For

• Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well with a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care
• Applicable Texas dental assisting registration and radiography credentials, or willingness to obtain required credentials before performing duties that require them
