Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with orthodontic procedures, including records, appliance placement, and adjustments.
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort throughout the visit.
• Provide clear instructions and education to support treatment success.
• Help create a positive, supportive, and professional clinical experience.
• Prepare operatories and instruments to support on-time appointments.
• Seat patients promptly and support efficient clinical flow.
• Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays as needed. Ensure operatories are cleaned, stocked, and ready between patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Follow Smilebliss clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Support inventory organization and supply management.
• Communicate effectively with the doctor and team to support coordinated care.
