Kidtastic Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a motivated Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. This full-time position involves assisting the orthodontist, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety standards.
• Educate patients and parents on treatment and oral hygiene.
• Take and process digital radiographs as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Collaborate with team members across locations to support daily operations.

Kidtastic Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team! This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. As a valued member of our orthodontic team, you'll help deliver high-quality care and ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.

This position is based in Gilbert, AZ, but requires travel between our three Kidtastic locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. If you're dependable, adaptable, enjoy variety in your workday, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule & Travel

Full-Time

Office Hours: Monday through Friday

Travel Requirement: Travel between our Gilbert, Chandler, and San Tan offices as needed throughout the week. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
