Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required and IL RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
- ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Emergency Dept: ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC within 1 year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record patient status and care needs at admission or point of care.
- Organize health data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Develop and update the plan of care with patient/family input.
- Communicate plan of care with care team and patient/family.
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education as needed.
- Document assessments, interventions and patient responses.
