Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure or diploma with graduation within 1 year of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Oversees admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and care quality.
• Monitors nursing care and collaborates with management to improve outcomes.
• Leads staff training, interviewing, and scheduling decisions.
• Supports staffing, inventory control, and use of supplies.
• Advances patient-first nursing strategies including rounds and engagement initiatives.
