Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) invites applications for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Level II Trauma Center in Beaumont, TX.

You will work alongside orthopedic trauma surgeons in a high-acuity environment, managing a broad spectrum of injuries with a collaborative team. The role features on-site APP coverage 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 10-hour shifts, 175 shifts per year, no after-hours call, and a supportive setting with travel and lodging

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
• Trauma experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable assisting in the operating room and managing inpatient orthopedic patients
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Round with the on-call orthopedic trauma surgeon
• Evaluate and manage new consults
• Assist in the operating room
• Participate in inpatient orthopedic trauma care
• Coordinate patient management with multidisciplinary teams
