Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an Orthopedic Trauma Advanced Practice Provider to join a high-acuity trauma team in Carbondale, IL. This role focuses exclusively on traumatic and acute orthopedic care, including complex pelvic/acetabular injuries, with no elective component.

The APP will handle trauma care, follow-ups, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced setting. The position offers 10-hour shifts, full-time schedule (175 shifts/year), on-site coverage from 6:30 a.m.

Competenze

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with appropriate licensure.
• Orthopedic, trauma, or acute care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and manage orthopedic trauma and acute orthopedic conditions.
• Provide care for complex injuries, including pelvic and acetabular fractures.
• Assist with emergency and inpatient orthopedic trauma management.
• Participate in two morning follow-up clinics for ongoing trauma care.

An opportunity is available for an Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a high-acuity orthopedic trauma team in Carbondale, Illinois. This role focuses exclusively on orthopedic trauma and acute orthopedic care, including complex injuries involving the pelvis and acetabulum. There is no elective orthopedic component.

The APP will provide trauma and emergency orthopedic care, assist with follow-up management, and collaborate with the orthopedic team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• 10-hour shifts
• Full-time schedule: 175 shifts per year
• On-site APP coverage from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m., seven days a week
• AnnualSalary: $120,000
• Additional shifts beyond 175 per year compensated at $686 per shift, paid quarterly
• Annual CME stipend
