Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking an RN for the General PCU unit at Del Webb in Sun City West, night shifts, 7pm-7:30am. Self-scheduling applies and there may be float opportunities to related units as needed.

Minimum 18 months RN experience and 12 months Progressive Care Unit recent experience required. BLS and ACLS on hire; orientation is a full-time, week-long program with both virtual and in-person training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required on hire.
• ACLS certification is required on hire.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience; 12 months recent Progressive Care Unit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement plan of care and coordinate with team.
• Monitor and document patient status and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge needs.
• Promote quality and safety in care delivery.
