Qualifications

• RN license active and current.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure efficient flow and high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing quality assessment of patient care services.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve engagement and rounding.
• Provide recommendations on staff interviewing, training, and discipline as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
