Qualifications

• Needs strong current acute care experience within Med-Surg.
• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care during the shift.
• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput.
• Collaborates with management to improve outcomes and teamwork.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, and personnel actions.
• Manages inventory and supplies.
