Job summary

CHI Health Clinic in Omaha is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join the CUMC-Bergan Ortho Trauma Clinic. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, and implement care plans within an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Requirements include an active Nebraska RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS from the American Heart Association. A sign-on bonus and education assistance are offered.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.

• Educate patients and families about health status, maintenance and management of conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
