Job summary

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient setting.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop patient care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes and rapid recovery for patients across multiple clinics in Omaha, Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Pay Range$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
