Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Orthopedics at our Elmhurst and Lombard locations. The role involves phone triage, patient education, glucose monitoring, and coordinating referrals with some travel between sites. Expect varied hours to meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate holds Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR, and BSN is preferred. Strong English communication and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals.
• Keep exam rooms clean and stocked.
