Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic unit for night shifts on a part-time schedule. You will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care and collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will be a graduate of an NLN-approved RN program, hold an active Florida nursing license, and have BLS certification. ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required per unit guidelines, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• Additional certifications required at start date or intrafacility transfer: ACLS, NRP, PALS, CPI as applicable to unit.
• NIH or related criteria may apply per unit guidelines.
